Due to high demand for our nanny and babysitting services, Twinkle Toes has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If your plans change and you no longer need our services, please let us know at least 24 hours before the nanny's scheduled arrival time, otherwise you will still be responsible for the cost of that nanny's service and it will appear on your invoice.
This advance notice is what helps us accommodate last-minute childcare requests, as well as our popular backup nanny service. We appreciate your understanding!
Early Return Policy – If you return more than one hour early, you will be responsible for payment up to one hour before the scheduled end time.
